Reparation Orders

Courts have the power to order reparation in all federal cases, either instead of or in addition to another type of sentence.

Reparation orders are defined by section 21B of the Crimes Act 1914 (Cth) and may involve requiring you to make a payment to the Commonwealth, an public authority or any person who has suffered a loss by reason of the offence.
